Cortex Plastering is a licensed C-35 stucco and lath contractor based in Citrus Heights, California. With 30 years of hands-on experience behind our crew, we've built our business around a simple idea: one crew should be able to carry a wall from bare framing to finished texture, without handing it off between subcontractors along the way.

That means we install our own lath, run our own scaffolding, and mix and apply every coat ourselves — scratch, brown, and finish. It keeps the schedule tighter, the quality consistent, and the accountability in one place.

We work directly with homeowners, general contractors, and property managers across residential and commercial projects, from single-wall patch repairs to full elevations.
